"Horrible" is to kind a word for the abysmal service offered by Starmark. Shipping date was supposedly 4/23/2008. Estimated latest delivery was 5/1. FedEx is much faster than that; the product was likely never sent out. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls over the course of several days, our heroes have not seen fit to respond. Stay away from these hoodlums if you value your time and money. As for me, I am in contact with the Attorney General.

I order stuff from this site about a week and a day ago (8 days) and its suppose to be 1-3 day shipping, still havent gotten anything, they took the money but did not give product!! They plain out suck, i sent them emails they dont respond, i tried calling, all you get is a ansering machine, Just no help at all! not a very good company. I would order things and never get it. They are not any help what so ever. would not recommend this company to anyone.
