I think Rocawear spells quality and it makes me look good. I am a petite 28 yr. old who finds it hard to try to fit things to me especially if I do not get it fixed at the cleaners. I contacted Roca Wear with a problem regarding a jacket I washed according to directions, that was ruined because the colors ran. I wasn't asking for money back or complaining (which I had a right to do) but for help in either finding a solution or finding the jkt again so I could buy a new one. This was my son's favorite and I felt bad. No help wqas offered....she recommended I go to thier website and check out the new offerings. She needs to be fired! She never even addressed the problem I described to see if I couyld re[pair the jacket. I even asked for help locating a new one (identical) that I would be happy to buy and she never even responded to that question either. Roca Wear should give better service to their customers.
