I ordered wine from them May 2 and July 7 I had been promised a credit and NOTHING!
I am going to the village of La Grange Il. I'll also call the Mayor. I'm sure if enough peopl complain, he will be forced to shut down.

He is a LIAR AND THEIF prime wines is terrible.

I found 4seasons and drinkbetterwine dont charge you until they REALLY ship your wine! Not like Prime wines who takes your money and doesnt ship your wine!

This place has problems. They are on the "do not recommend" list at Better Business Bureau.

We ordered 6 bottles of wine in April 2008 it is now June 11 2008. No wine. Any conversations we had with them were initiated by us. They never replied to emails and when they were to follow up with a call it never came.

Many excuses and promises were given, even for three extra bottles for free for our trouble, but still no wine. Last week Monday I was told they were putting my order together right then and shipping it that day and I would receive it on Friday the 6th. You guessed it no wine Friday or the next Monday. I am in Illinois about 30 min drive from their office so shipping is not the issue.

Another call to them last night and it turns out they don't have the wine ( which means that their shipping story was a blatant lie) they offered another wine which we refused and requested our money back. It was promised that they would refund the amount to our credit card and send an email with a click of a mouse button last night.
Yep, so far no email and no refund.

Now if they can't handle my measly 6 bottle order how could they handle anything larger?
As of June 23 still nothing. And Jeff refuses to talk to me.
My credit card company has issued a temporary credit pending investigation of Primewines.com
