I ordered a HTIB and after reading that it might take three weeks for delivery, I need to cancel it. I have called every number listed on their website, and you cannot talk to a live person, yet the phone options do not give you the option to cancel an order. I have emailed them three times advising them to cancel my order, but have yet to receive a response. My credit card has not been charged yet, so I know the unit has not shipped. I am betting that I'll get a response that says "Oh sorry, it's already been shipped" the same day my CC is charged, and then I'll have to pay to have it shipped back to them.
