I sent flower via this site.... I found out within 2 hrs that the room had changed. I called and gave the updated information. GiftTree.com could not inform me of the number or the NAME of the florist, to enable me to call. The Website employee named Dedral promised to Text the delivery person the correct number of room and Email me of delivery....2 days later this website can NOT tell IF or WHEN the flowers were received by ANY room...... Do not use this site for delivery of flowers for somewhere you can not check on. I did so, the flowers were ordered when my friend changed rooms. I called to give them the update, the flowers were out for delivery. I gave them the updated information 2 days later I still do know where they were delivered.
