In the little block on the left hand side of the order blank underneath the order, it states no shipping offer in BIG Letters then states pay shipping only on the first item of $6.99. So if I just order one item then the shipping on it is $6.99. That is a little deceptive isn't it?

Do you have a toll free number which I may call? Is it faster if I call an order in? Would I still pay 6.99 for the first item. I have never ordered from you before so I'm at a stand-still as to whether I should even order anything.

I purchased some bowls from you and had them tested for lead and the normal is 600ppm and the bowls tested for 17,000 ppm. I called your customer service and they said for me to return them and they would refund my money. My question is why should I have to pay for the shipping and who might get them if I send them back. This is a problem I think needs to be addressed immediately. China products are now completely off my shopping list

I have not been able to access their website for almost a week. I have called them three times and spoke to a supervisor the last time.
