I can't figure out their pricing.I have paid 79.00 for a long time then it went to 83.00 for a long time then it now jumped to 109.00 all of a sudden.Wow what an increase.Looks like they must be owned by Exxon or something...

I had Charter for a few months, but the deals that they advertise are not TRUE!!! Your supposed to get a disscount for example the three in one package was supposed to be $109, but when I got my bill they charged me $187. I called about it and all they said was they never had a advertisement like that. Also, when they came to install the services it took hours when they finally showed up, they scratched my entertainment center up and scratched my walls. I suggest you go with another service!!!

I marked satisfied because everything else looks good except for if you need techincal support I couldn't find that. I am or was trying to find out where to go to find out about my charter phone and why my light keeps blinking saying that I am on the line but not. I can not dial out and cant even get a phone call. I just called the 800 number in my local phone book and asked if i could get a web site to see what channels and what packages you had. much to my amazement, the guy told me that i couldnt get the same deal through him as the web site. WTF? is charter secretly embarrassed that the deals and packages arent as good as dish/direct? well i can say that charter has sure made up my mind for me, thank-you for seeing it the right way and telling me in the "secret" way to go with dish.
