It's a shame that this company who started as a family business likes to take advantage of High School students.
The students from our school collected texbooks for a fundraiser and sent them to Bookbyte.com. We even submitted an order with the post office to come and pick up the box which weighted about 70lbs. After months of fighting with bookbyte to give us word about his order, they not only claimed that some of the books were not in good condition, which they were donated from our bookroom at the school, but claimed that only a 1/3 of the books were received.
I would like to know what this students can do from here.
