I have been a loyal Blair customer for years and only felt that the processing and shipping was a little slow. That has all changed this year. I placed an order 13 days ago and it still has not been processed. I called the customer service line two days ago and was told the shipping department is backed up and there was no more information available about a delivery date. I called again today several times and got the automated response that due to heavy call volume my call would not be answered and to call back later. I notice that I am still receiving emails and catalogs to place orders for Christmas. I doubt that any items placed now will arrive in time for Christmas if they arrive at all. I would not recommend purchasing from this online store.
