Does someone own the horse on the cover of the latest magazine? That is the most beautiful animal I think I have ever seen!!!!

Love the catalog but found the order process and tracking to be a nightmare! Customer Service didn't have proper info on my order and couldn't explain why it didn't ship! Each time they would cancel my order and re-enter promising that it would ship THAT day. I had those conversations 4 times! I was told this last time that the warehouse is back logged. Three weeks later I still don't have my order! Couldn't get a supervisor on the phone either. I might be crazy but I'm giving them one last chance and after that...Never Another Order.
